Founded in January 2010, Xin Cheng Construction Pte Ltd began as a small local company specializing in wet-trade works, including wall panel installation, tiling, brickwork, plastering, and RC structural works. Guided by a commitment to quality and hard work, we steadily grew to become both a trusted main contractor and a total sub-contractor for specialized projects.
Today, our expertise spans temporary ERSS work, structural works, and architectural works, enabling us to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. Meet the Visionaries Leading Xin Cheng
Ronny Ting (Director)
Ronny, Director and founder of Xin Cheng Construction Pte Ltd, started the company in 2010 with a vision rooted in hard work and trust. Beginning as a Project Manager on Good Class Bungalow projects, he built his expertise through hands-on experience and dedication.
With over 18 years of industry experience, Ronny ensures every project meets the highest standards of quality, budget, and compliance. A graduate of Heriot-Watt University with a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management and a Registered Resident Technical Officer, he continues to lead with the same values that shaped Xin Cheng Construction’s humble beginnings.
Joe Koh (Director)
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Joe Koh is now a Director at Xin Cheng Construction Pte Ltd. He oversees the Contract Department and project procurement.
Joe began his career as a quantity survey apprentice with a consultancy firm. In 2014, he joined Xin Cheng Construction as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and was promoted to Contracts Manager in 2018. Recognizing his expertise and dedication, he has recently been promoted to Director, contributing to the company’s strategic leadership and continued success.

Cheong Pei Teem (Director)
Cheong Pei Teem is a Director at Xin Cheng Construction Pte Ltd, providing strong leadership and strategic oversight in managing the company’s internal operations. She ensures the smooth and efficient running of daily office activities while maintaining high standards of professionalism and productivity.
Since joining Xin Cheng Construction, Pei Teem has played a key role in managing staff and human resource matters, overseeing financial operations, and fostering effective communication across all departments. Her commitment to operational excellence and organizational performance ensures that the company continues to operate efficiently and achieve its strategic objectives.
